Enhance the beauty, value and pleasure you experience from your waterfront property with Badger Trailer Marine Roll-In Dock Systems. Select from a variety of elements for your dock, including handrails, bridging, catwalks, ladders and stairways. Designed for minimal maintenance, layout adaptability and ease of operation, Badger Trailer Docks & Lifts feature:

• Roll-in / roll-out design and light weight for easy installation and removal for storage in cold weather climates.
• Aluminum truss construction that is strong, rigid, lightweight and naturally corrosion resistant. All components are aluminum and hardware is stainless steel.
• Adjustable height wheel assemblies on all docks and sundecks, fully adjustable while standing on the dock… no need to get wet!
• Wide tires provide excellent support, stability and ease of mobility over land and all types of lake and river bottom terrain.
• Flexible component design for endless variations in dock design and location of accessories like benches, bumpers and ladders.

 Decking options include:

• Extruded Aluminum Plank Decking with baked-on powder coat nonskid surface, light weight, strong and corrosion resistant, light gray only.
• “ThruFlow” Nonskid Polymer Decking allows water, debris and sunlight to pass through. A maintenance free “ThruFlow" deck surface stays clean, and sunlight and water penetration keep vegetation alive and minimize environmental effects of the walking surface. Available in light gray or light tan.
• Cedar Plank Decking is smooth 5/4” thick with radius corners. Beautiful Western Red Cedar is naturally decay resistant.

Dock Components:

• Dock Sections 3’ and 4’ wide are available in all decking materials, in 12’ and 16’ lengths and include (1) pair of adjustable height wheel assemblies and connecting brackets with each dock section
• Dock Sections 5’ and 6’ wide are available in aluminum and cedar decking, in 12’ lengths only and include (1) pair of adjustable height wheel assemblies and connecting brackets with each cock section
• Sundecks are available in 4’x8’ and 8’x8’, in all decking materials. 8’x12’ and 8’x16’ sundecks are available in aluminum decking only. All Sundecks include (1) pair of adjustable height wheel assemblies and connecting brackets
• Shore End Ramp Sections are available in 4’x6’, 4’x12’ and 6’x 8’ in all decking materials
  
   
  

RESIDENTIAL DOCKS
 
PERMAFLOAT Float Drum is a one-piece rotationally molded float drum that eliminates seams that could result in separation and leakage. The .150" thick shell is made of tough virgin polyethylene with ultraviolet inhibitors. This tough shell prevents damage from the sun, saltwater, fresh water, debris, oil, gas and marine organisms.
 
PERMAFLOAT Float Drums are foam filled with expanded polystyrene, that Does Not Contain CFC's or HCFC's.
 
PERMAFLOAT Float Drums have a flat top with molded-in mounting holes for easy attachment to any dock framework; whether it be wood, steel, or aluminum.
 
PERMAFLOAT Float Drums, used in the construction of floating docks, will provide long lasting and carefree encapsulated flotation, which will result in long range savings for commercial, municipal, public and recreational docks.

Adjustable Height Wheel Assembly Sizes:
Measurements shown are water depths and are designed to keep top of dock at approximately 19" above water line. Shallow, medium or deep adjustable height wheel assemblies are included as standard with docks and sundecks.
X-Deep and XX-Deep are optional.

Shallow: 12" to 30" Medium: 18" to 46" Deep: 33" to 61" X-Deep: 48" to 91" XX-Deep: 70" to 108"

Northern Lights Marine Systems Designs and manufactures custom ADA handicap ramps. These ramps are fabricated from marine grade aluminum and are designed to with stand the elements.
